About Me

I'm a qualified UKCP Registered Gestalt Psychotherapist working in both the NHS and private practice, and I've worked with individuals and families experiencing difficulties for the last 15 years.

I work with both adults and adolescents for an agreed time period or on an open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.


Psychotherapy might help if you are :

having difficulties with anxiety, panic or stress,

experiencing ongoing mood problems like depression,

My private practice is based near Oxton, Wirral, a short train ride from Liverpool City Centre.
